Sunil Raphael

Before joining TMC in 2023, Sunil has held various roles in the technology realm. Early on, Sunil was an Information Security Analyst at Marriott International in Bethesda, MD. He also worked as a Program Manager for IntegrityOne Partners in Washington, DC. Most recently, Sunil was employed at ECS Federal, Inc. in Washington, DC as the Senior Director for Client Operations.

Today, Sunil Raphael is the Director of Business Development and Capture Management where he is responsible for driving business growth for TMC. He develops a network of contacts to attract new clients and partners, researches new market opportunities, and oversees growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue line up with corporate strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for sustaining organic growth within the existing TMC contracts in collaboration with current TMC partners.

Sunil’s approach centers around both customer and partner relationships. It’s through these established trusted relationships, that enables TMC’s ecosystem to sustain as well as expand. Sunil also looks at opportunities that align with TMC’s core capabilities and strategic vision and mission. He brings innovation and efficiencies to TMC by managing our Opportunity Pipeline and Roadmaps.

Sunil lives in Damascus, MD, with a wife and 2 Kids - 14 year old girl, and 11 year old boy.
