Patricia joined TMC after accumulating seven years of experience at L-3 Services, Inc. Her journey at L-3 commenced on a customer contract where she provided administrative support for the International Space Station IV&V program. During her tenure at L-3, she became a Project Accountant, effectively managing eight government contracts. Her diverse background encompasses corporate and business accounting, underpinned by a solid educational foundation. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Engineering Physics from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairmont State University.

As TMC’s Vice President of Finance, Patricia is responsible for all accounting/finance functions for the company. Patricia believes in setting clear expectations, assessing team members' skills, and empowering them to make decisions and take ownership of their work. She maintains open communication, hold team members accountable, and provide mentorship for their growth and development.

Patricia is the treasurer for the Fair Oaks Homeowner’s Association.

Patricia currently resides in Fairmont, WV with her husband, Chad, and two children, Nathan and Melanie.
