Luis Mogollon

Luis Mogollon has over 20 years of government contracting support and has a Bachelor’s in Science Management from George Mason University. Luis is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

As TMC’s Director of Recruiting and FSO, he is accountable for day-to-day recruitment operations and personnel security at TMC. While his stakeholders may not be government clients directly, he meets with several TMC leaders daily as well as with the TMC Recruitment team to prioritize the mission of TMC’s federal clients.

Luis believes that as a leader, you must have integrity, be transparent, and do your best to motivate all those around you. He believes it is important that everyone feels like they are a part of the team while also a part of the larger TMC organization. He inspires everyone to have a voice and share ideas. He leads by example and respects his team incorporating active listening, which allows him to execute in the best possible way.

Luis lives in Virginia with his wife, 2 boys, and dog.
