Kristin Postlethwait, MBA, started her career as an intern in the drilling industry. After a few short months, she was offered the Payroll/Human Resources position. After a few years, she took some time to be a stay-at-home mother before venturing back into the professional world. She became a professional recruiter at a Level I Trauma Hospital in West Virginia, supporting 6 departments. Kristin was recognized for lowering 1st-year turnover in a high-turnover department, completing over 650 interviews in a single year, having experience working in a union setting. Kristin then transitioned into the world of Federal Contracting with TMC as the Director of Human Resources.

In her complex role, Kristin is the link between management and TMC employees, ensuring that all employment relations run smoothly for the company. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing all HR functions. She manages benefits administration, legal compliance, and all aspects of onboarding and off-boarding employees. She also facilitates annual evaluations and company events.

Kristin works at the corporate office, located in Fairmont, WV.
