Denise lindsey
Denise Lindsey began her career as a software engineer, working for a small business in Fairmont, WV. Various leadership transitions and experiences have led her to TMC as a VP overseeing our Federal Civilian Division and Commercial Department. Denise has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from West Virginia University. She also has an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University and is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and SAFe Government Practitioner (SGP).
Denise drives year-over-year business growth while leading operations, strategic vision, and long-range planning with full responsibility for bottom-line factors, program development, and partner and customer relationships for the Federal Civilian Programs and Commercial Divisions for TMC. She also leads, coordinates, and participates in capture and proposal development efforts and provides leadership, mentoring, training, and coaching for TMC's program managers and directors. She actively contributes to developing TMC's overall strategic plan, business goals, and objectives.
Denise believes you should lead by example with empathy and empowerment, fostering a collaborative "all one team" culture. Prioritizing tasks, having good time-management skills, delegating when possible, and continuously learning are vital aspects of accomplishing her daily tasks.
Denise is an active member of Southridge Church in Fairmont, where she volunteers frequently for special events and children's services. She is also a World Vision sponsor. She lives in Fairmont, WV, with her husband, Bob, and has four children.
